Jeff and his crew did such a great job on my projects. The work was done in less than 4 hours! I had rotted siding and trim replaced, 2 rotted sills replaced, a new mail box stand installed and a couple other small projects. I'm thrilled with the work and can't wait to hire them again.

Jake was wonderful to work with to get the entire exterior of our house painted before our party. The job went smoothly and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. The team of painters were courteous and efficient and the quality of the work is excellent.
We also needed some indoor maintenance work done , cleaning and yard work. It was very convenient to have one number to call for all of this.
We will definitely use R2 property management again in the future and I have recommended them to friends as well .

The upgrade to the exterior of our home is spectacular. We were anxious in choosing a business to do the work because, for us, this was a major investment with a big chunk coming from our long term savings. We had 3 or 4 different people visit and give us estimates.

Because the work - mainly painting the exterior of the house - required some carpentry to replace rotten boards in many places, R2s talented crew were a great call. In addition to the great looking work, they left the house VERY tidy after they were done for the day so that we could function 'as normal' around the areas that were being worked on.

The sole point of frustration for us was the timeline. The work was supposed to done in June but didn't get completed until August. Rainy weather was not conducive to outdoor work. I think, like many businesses, R2 was also fully booked with a lot of projects to manage and homeowners to make happy!

We are now living in our dream house... and we didn't have to move!

Very happy with the before-and-after transformation of the laundromat that we bought and re-launched. Jeff's team was able to step in quickly and perform a full transformation of the business space. R2 treated our property as though it was their own. When the boiler malfunctioned they visited daily (OVER THE WEEKEND!) with "torpedo" heaters to assure that pipes would not freeze. This was especially important given the fire suppression system in our home.They arranged an initial "repair" visit, then advised us that that first contractor was likely NOT qualified for the installation we desired. R2 subsequently arranged for the boiler installation with a QUALIFIED contractor. Heat was restored within 3 days.Worth the $$$!

It is so hard to get anybody to actually show up in the Lakes Region. I called Jeff at R2 and they were awesome to deal with. My house had moss and a mildew on the front of it.
